These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PepeNode virtual mining utility (the "Utility"), operated by Neuriki LTD ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Utility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Utility.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Utility.
The Utility is not available where prohibited by law.
The Utility provides a virtual mining mechanism that allows users to participate in a simulated reward system by connecting a compatible blockchain wallet.
The Utility does not constitute real-world mining
The Utility is not a financial product
Participation does not represent an investment
Users may be eligible to claim digital token rewards on the Ethereum Mainnet, subject to these Terms.
To use the Utility, you must connect a compatible blockchain wallet.
You acknowledge and agree:
You control your wallet and private keys
We do not custody your assets (staked Pepenode tokens will be held by transparent Smart Contracts)
We cannot recover lost wallets or keys
Participation in the Utility does not guarantee rewards.
Rewards:
May vary between users
May be delayed, reduced, modified, or discontinued
Are provided "as-is" with no guaranteed value
We reserve the right to:
Modify reward mechanisms
Suspend or terminate reward distribution
Adjust eligibility rules at any time
Nothing provided through the Utility constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Digital assets are volatile and may have no monetary value.
You agree not to:
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Manipulate the reward system
Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
We may suspend or block access at our sole discretion.
All content, software, and branding associated with the Utility are owned by Neuriki LTD or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Utility.
The Utility is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We may:
Modify or discontinue the Utility at any time
Suspend or terminate access without notice
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuriki LTD shall not be liable for:
Loss of digital assets
Missed or delayed rewards
Network failures
Smart contract or blockchain errors
Your use of the Utility is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Virgin Islands (British), without regard to conflict of law principles.
